About Our Staff

Pastor Don is a dedicated Senior Pastor who leads River of Life Baptist Church in St. Marys, Georgia, with his passion for preaching, teaching, and guiding his congregation toward flowing together in unity and making the Lord known. He brings over 20 years of ministry experience and has served multiple churches in Northeast Florida and Coastal Georgia. He holds a Doctor of Theology degree from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, which has further equipped him with the knowledge and skills to lead and inspire his congregation effectively. Pastor Don is married to his gorgeous wife, Rachel, and they are blessed with four beautiful children who love to keep them on their toes. 

In addition to his ministry work, Pastor Don is an Army Infantry Veteran with over 20 years of experience in public safety as an EMT-paramedic and law enforcement officer. He currently serves as the Chief Chaplain for the Camden County Sheriff’s Office and as a Chaplain for the Camden County and City of Kingsland Fire-Rescue Departments.
